Hotel Block Management - Winn Events, LLC will find you the best hotel prices and room availability with our hotel block management services. We closely manage your hotel block pickups to ensure that you meet your contract obligations with the hotel.

Travel Management
- Flights, ground transportation and travel schedules. With so many details to consider as your event nears, allow us to take a personal approach to meeting your guests individual travel needs. We strive to make your guests travel accommodations a seamless and relaxing process.

Tour Logistics We work hand in hand with the Tour Manager and Promoter to take care of all logistical details and rider needs so that when the artist arrives at the event, everything is arranged from transportation, hotels, and production to ensuring there is water available for the artists and event staff throughout the event. The details make all the difference in the experience of the artist.

Onsite Event Management - If you have the event planned and could use help running the event, we can send one of our expert Event Managers to be your Onsite Event Manager. We take the burden of running the event off of your shoulders and let you concentrate on the areas you need to focus on.

Jennifer Winn
For twelve years, Jennifer Winn and her company Winn Events, LLC have been planning meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and events across North America. Her events have included everything from smaller seminars and meetings in hotels, churches, and exhibit halls; to larger conferences in convention centers, arenas, and stadiums. Winn Events, LLC services include: event planning and logistics, venue booking, hotel block management, travel management, tour logistics, onsite event management, and MyEventAudit.com. Winn Events' clients include: the entertainment industry, non-profit and religious churches and organizations, medical field, and educational field, just to name a few.  

Jennifer currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband of 12 years and their 7-year old daughter.




Kimberly DeShields-Pitts

Kimberly has worked in the professional speaker management industry for over 10 years.  She has managed professional speakers and authors events in the capacity as planner and coordinator. Her backgrounds is in the area of sales, marketing, event coordination and recruiting. Kimberly manages all artist and speaker booking for The Winn Agency, LLC.

Kim currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and their son.
